This 5 kWp photovoltaic system was installed by ILES s.r.l. on the flat roof of a residential building in Prato. Thanks to Sun Ballast’s mounting systems for photovoltaic panels, the installation was completed quickly and easily. Placing the concrete ballasts does not require any drilling, and the presence of M8 inserts already inside the ballast further reduces assembly time; it is indeed sufficient to place the mounting system, lay the panel, secure the clamp on the insert, and proceed with the electrical connections.

The Single-Row 10° system also offers many other advantages, such as the ability to manage the positioning of the modules much more easily: the length and distance between the rows can be freely adjusted according to the specific characteristics of the roof, a very useful feature when there are many obstacles on the roof. The Single-Row system is available in a wide range of inclinations – from 0° to 30° – and allows securing the panels on both the long side and the short side.

When it is necessary to further increase wind resistance, just add some U-Blocks: these additional U-block weights are placed very quickly directly on the photovoltaic ballasts, and are available in 15 and 30 kg versions.
