High wind resistance, reduced roof load, and compatibility with all types of flat surfaces: the Connect system by Sun Ballast represents a robust and lightweight solution, offering maximum reliability for both large installations on industrial rooftops and small residential installations on the roofs and terraces of industrial buildings.

In the Connect system, each photovoltaic ballast is connected to all other structures in a single network: this way, loads are distributed more evenly, balancing weights across the entire surface and providing panels with very high stability. The 20 kW photovoltaic system visible in the photo – installed in Ariccia (RM) by our client Becoming Srl – was positioned on two different portions of the roof, both paved, and the absence of fixing holes allowed the ballasts to be placed without any risk of damaging the tiles.

The three different ballasts that make up the Connect system (here used in the 5° inclination version) are available in a range of versions from 5° to 30°, come with a 25-year guarantee, and already contain M8 bushings inside on which the clips are fixed.
